This is premixed oil based calcium hydroxide paste containing Iodoform & Barium Sulphate. The addition of Iodoform and Barium Sulphate to calcium hydroxide improves antibacterial and radiopacity to the paste. Calcipaste is a Non Hardening paste, and solubilized calcium hydroxide remains active in root canal for a longer time.
Applications: Used for pulp capping and pulpotomy. Apexifications and hard tissue formation. Treats infected root canals, abscesses and pre apical lesions. Treats traumatic injuries, root resorption, fractures and perforations and also treats pus, hemorrhage and weeping canals.

Method of Use :-
Thoroughly clean and air dry the cavity. Apply material to the cavity directly with the help of applicator tip. Do not exceed the thickness of 1mm. Light cure for 30-40 sec using standard curing light and proceed with standard restoration technique.
Storage :-
Store at room temperature between 5~ 35oC. Protect from direct sunlight. Close the container carefully after use. Keep away from moisture. Shelf life not affected after opening if stored in a cool & dry place.

Zinc Oxide, Eugenol impression material is created by the combination of zinc oxide and Eugenol contained in oil of cloves.
